Just wanted to mention that on the night of July 3rd, sure to avoid most newspaper coverage, the police and sherrif's department of San Juan Capistrano put up a roadblock on Del Obispo, with a hand-lettered sign 'Expect to Show Your Driver's License' - which extracted lines of forty to fifty brown-skinned family members on the sidewalk (I didn't see any white people being hassled), having their cars impounded and their papers challenged, for at least five or six hours.
I don't know how many families were separated, or how many people went to jail for deportation proceedings, but this was a disgusting show, a demonstration of small-mindedness, cold-heartedness, and the bullying of those less powerful.
But I'm sure plenty of the Orange County powers-that-be will think that they are upholding something 'American' on this 4th.

President Bush's economic stimulus package, which appears so far to have been ineffective in stroking the economy to life, is giving an unexpected raise to the porn industry.

From an Adult Internet Market Research Company press release:

An independent market-research firm, AIMRCo (Adult Internet Market Research Company), has discovered that many websites focused on adult or erotic material have experienced an upswing in sales in the recent weeks since checks have appeared in millions of Americans' mailboxes across the country.

According to Kirk Mishkin, Head Research Consultant for AIMRCo, "Many of the sites we surveyed have reported 20-30% growth in membership rates since mid-May when the checks were first sent out, and typically the summer is a slow period for this market."

...a report I heard a couple of months ago on NPR stated the porn industry was seeing its biggest downturn in eight years, and several publishers are laying (no pun intended) the blame directly on the skyrocketing gas prices, saying that because people are having to spend more to fuel up, they don't have as much available to spend on their products.

Of course, that's just the average American. The g0p, having focused on profit at all costs for so long, may have a bit more available in disposable income that they can allocate to porn.

It will be interesting to see reports on the price of hookers at this years republican national convention. Many of those hookers travel from out of town to service the g0p. The travel expenses are going to add to the cost for sure.

The controlled demolition of the Salomon Brothers bldg. Sept. 11

With over 100 years of building steel-framed buildings not once in the history of man has such an event taken place, fires have never caused the collapse of a single one, and you will not find another example of this happening with the exception of WTC 1 & 2 of course.

FEMA's explanation was fire collapsed the building but also said this explanation had a low probability, and also admitted to being clueless about how fires actually caused the collapse.

NIST said (2005) that a ¼ of the building was missing due to falling debris and that caused the collapse along with fire, however it has to be said how can the remaining ¾ totally collapse equally to even replicate what we can see during the video, let alone the many clips showing a complete building.

The importance of building 7 is huge because by scientific standards it is a definite Controlled Demolition, and this is critical because anyone in the demolitions business will tell you it takes weeks to prep a building, not hours.

WTC 7 collapsed in 6.5 seconds at 5:20pm on 9/11. Multiple emergency workers reported a countdown over the radios immediately preceding the collapse. Witnesses to the collapse heard numerous explosions and saw a "shockwave ripping through the building". One high profile witness recounted explosions in the lower floors of Building Seven before either of the Twin Towers collapsed.

This would ultimately imply that building was rigged to implode before 9/11, and therefore a gaping hole in the official story as I'm sure even Osama couldn't pull off wiring up such a building housing the most important fringes of the Government:

Secret Service, the Department of Defense, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management, the Internal Revenue Service Regional Council (IRS), and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Interestingly this is what Larry Silverstein had to say about the collapse to PBS:
"I remember getting a call from the fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.' And they made that decision to pull and then we watched the building collapse."

9/11 Workers Lose Advocate In Washington - July 04, 2008

The Bush administration's World Trade Center health czar will soon be out of a job.

Dr. John Howard, director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, was told Thursday he will be replaced when his six-year term expires July 14th.

Howard was the president's point man on September 11th health issues.

But he was often at odds with the White House over his push to create health monitoring and treatment programs for workers who say they got sick at the Trade Center site.

The federal government last year cancelled plans to create a monitoring program for those workers, saying it was too expensive.

It NEEDS to be re-investigated. That will never happen with the current administration, and chances are very slim with the next one. I get your angst. The whole thing needs fresh eyes. I don't buy the "official story". But I have trouble accepting the "black flag" theory....though it is not without a consideration, and an investigation.

I'll just say this because a news item was released

I don't believe building 7 fell on its own as many of you remember. I believe it was brought down puprosely. I just don't bother you with spam about it.

Anyway a new computer study was released (because the building fragments were shipped out of there) and now they say building 7 came down because there were fires throughout the building. I laughed my ass off when I read this for two reasons:

1. I've seen pictures of buildings 5 and 6 in flames with building 7 pretty much fire free. And I'm talking engulfed in flames when I describe 5 and 6.

2. Buildings 1 and 2 were argued to have been brought down by fire because the flames were so much hotter than normal fire. Now building 7 was brought down by fire? Did the hot jet fuel all jump over there?

LMAO

Anyway since I saw that article in the BBC I thought I'd post my take on it without going into a bunch of spam. Now I'll drop it. Feel free to bash me over it. I'm not trying to convince any of you and frankly I don't give a shit whether you agree with me or not.

Yes there are questions. No, we're not getting answers. The Government is clearly hiding something, but the evidence is long gone and there is little hope of a full investigation. Still an investigation needs to be done. But rather than get bent otu of shape with outrageous theories, lets concentrate on making the best case we can on things we CAN prove.

I agree. I mean I do not buy into every conspiracy theory. But I'm not satisfied with the official story either. In any event if you go after the outrageous from the start you get no where. If you go after the little things then they might lead somewhere...
