Heart Doesn't "Heart" McCain
These guys are just so freaking clueless. Do they have anyone that has actually ran a campaign before? Add Heart to the list of Chuck Berry, John Mellancamp and Van Hagar.
Ann and Nancy Wilson are pissed at the Republican Party and have fired off a cease and desist letter to the McCain/Palin campaign.
Specifically, the Heart women are upset that the GOP has used their classic "Barracuda" as a theme song for Sarah Palin. TMZ obtained a statement from Heart's rep, who says "The Republican campaign did not ask for permission to use the song, nor would they have been granted that permission."
The statement goes on: "We have asked the Republican campaign publicly not to use our music. We hope our wishes will be honored."

UPDATE: Twenty minutes after we posted this story, the GOP ended the evening after McCain's speech with the song, "Barracuda."

With his adulterous affairs and his senate scandals (Keat 5, Suncore, Vicki Iseman...), McCain is NOT a role model.
Whit his document comments towards other members congress with phrases such as "shithead" and "fucking asshole", he is NOT a role model.
With is graduation placement of 895 out of 899, he is NOT a role model.
John McCain was the ONLY deck officer on the Forrestal that was NOT decorated for valor. John McCain was airlifted OFF the Forrestal because the crew wanted to kill him. We can't absolutely prove he started the dreadful fire, but the other two things we know for sure. Of the more than 100 Forrestal crew-members still alive, NOT A SINGLE ONE was paraded out at the Republican convention. John McCain is NOT a role model.
John McCain said last night the being shot down was probably his fault. That was his fifth jet destroyed under his control. He is NOT a role model.
John McCain is basing his entire campaign on John McCain. A legend in his own mind. He is NOT a role model.
Perhaps you might want to take a serious look at your candidate and figure out exactly why you support him. Seriously.
